The Sinclair Method (TSM) is a way of taking control of problem drinking with a non-habit-forming medication called Naltrexone. With the TSM protocol, Naltrexone is taken an hour before the first drink of the day; over time, this reduces cravings and can significantly decrease or even eliminate alcohol intake.
My coaching website will be up shortly with research, resources and why I might be a great fit to help you on your TSM journey to freedom over problem drinking.
